We believe that Jesus love changes everything. We want to be a community that loves Jesus, ourselves and each other. That means that when life is hard we make a particular effort to come together.

If you are in any of the at-risk groups (over 70, pregnant or with underlying health conditions) or are showing symptoms and so are choosing to self-isolate then please fill out this form. Even if you don't need any practical help we'd love to be able to pray for you.

When this form has been filled out, we'll pair you with someone who will be able to support you as you self-isolate. At the very least, you'll get the chance to make a new friend!

Data Protection
